General Rental Agreement Terms:

1. Non-Refundable Deposits:

– All reservation deposits are non-refundable.

2. Liability and Damages:

NJ Limo Service assumes no liability for mechanical breakdowns during the charter. Clients are responsible for any damages to the limousine.
– Fees will be charged for damages, including $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn and a sanitation fee of $250.00.
– Alcohol consumption by minors is prohibited, with fines the responsibility of the customer.
– The driver may terminate the run without a refund for client misconduct.

3. Safety and Regulations:

– Standing through the sunroof is prohibited.
– Smoking is not allowed in some limousines, at the driver’s discretion.

4. Overtime Charges:

– Overtime charges apply after the first 20 minutes of the prearranged rental time.

5. Weather Conditions:

New Jersey Limo is not responsible for delays or terminations due to unsafe weather and road conditions.

6. Lost Articles:

– NJ Limo is not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

7. Payment Terms:

– Balances must be paid to the driver before the run begins.

8. Capacity Limitations:

– Vehicles cannot exceed their seating capacity.

9. Gratuity Policy:

– A 20% gratuity may be added to the final bill in some cases.

10. Cancellation Policy:

– Cancellations within 24 hours for sedans and SUVs, and within 72 hours for stretch limos, party buses, coaches, and luxury cars, will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price.
– Deposits are non-refundable even after cancellation.
Additional Notes:
-Note A: Late fees may be waived for delayed flights but not for baggage claim delays or delayed boarding.
– Note B: Full refunds for pickups canceled due to scheduling conflicts will be issued.
– Note C: Waiting time fees apply for pickups delayed by more than 30 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for international flights, depending on the reserved vehicle size.
